Plot Summary:-A look at the development of the Côte Nord region, drawing a parallel between the region's economic success and the cultural development of its young people. Filmed in Baie Comeau and Hauterive (in the province of Quebec, Canada), the film shows the organization of a Saint-Jean Baptiste show, by some 50 young people, in a cathedral in Hauterive.
